FAQs
How long do orders take to deliver?
This depends very much on the time of year.
For example, calendars can take between 2-6 weeks with the 6 week lead-time being around the busy season (August to December). However, shipping calendars can take much longer so please allow extra time for these.
Quantity and specification may also affect the lead-time.
Greetings cards will take 2-3 weeks.
All lead-times given are from date of proof approval.
We can sometimes offer a premium "quick turnaround" service if you need your order sooner, please ask for details.
We aim to meet required delivery dates where possible.
How much is your delivery charge?
UK Mainland carriage is included in the price for ALL stock calendars. We are currently the only trade calendar manufacturer to include carriage. Carriage is charged extra at cost on low quantities of date pads and some bespoke items, depending on quantity - please ask for an accurate quote.
In what formats can you receive artwork and what are your charges?
There is an artwork specification guide on this website - if you have any questions please call for assistance.
We can also supply you with an accurate artwork guide to assist you with the sizing and positioning.
Alternatively, our sales team will be happy to send this comprehensive information via fax or email.
Origination is included in all quoted prices, but is dependant on sight of artwork. Additional charges would be made only with prior agreement.
